Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CliniTrack, a clinic management software platform operated by Glen Infotech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at clinitrack.in. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

CliniTrack is intended for use by licensed medical practitioners, clinic managers, and healthcare staff. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to practice medicine or manage a medical practice in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CliniTrack complies with applicable laws, including those governing patient data privacy and medical record-keeping.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, including your name, email address, and medical license number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at bedevelopercv@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CliniTrack only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading patient data.
• Use the platform to store data unrelated to medical practice management.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code of the platform.
• Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scans without prior written consent.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform.
• Impersonate any person, medical practitioner, or entity.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals.

4. Patient Data Responsibility

You, as the treating doctor or clinic owner, are the data controller for all patient data you enter into CliniTrack. Glen Infotech is the data processor. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining any necessary patient consent before entering data into the system.
• Ensuring the accuracy of medical records and prescriptions.
• Complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations.
• Informing patients about the use of digital record-keeping tools in your practice.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

CliniTrack offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Clinic) billedn Rupees (Local currency). Paid subscriptions are charged monthly or annually, as selected during signup. All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is limited to a maximum of 50 active patients. Features available on the free plan may change at our discretion. We may send in-app notifications encouraging upgrades to paid plans.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. CliniTrack may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

CliniTrack, its logo, design, codebase, and all related content are the intellectual property of Glen Infotech. You retain ownership of all patient data and clinical content you enter into the platform. By using CliniTrack, you grant Glen Infotech a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services.

9. Limitation of Liability

CliniTrack is a clinic management tool and is not a substitute for professional medical judgement. Glen Infotech is not liable for any clinical decisions made using data stored on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of CliniTrack shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of . Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at clinitrack.in/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
