Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card or payment information at all. You can upgrade to Pro or Clinic at any time from inside the app.
What happens when I hit 10 patients on the Free plan?
You'll see an in-app prompt to upgrade to Pro. You won't lose any existing data — upgrading instantly gives you unlimited patients and all Pro features.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time and immediately get the 20% discount for the remaining period. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the next renewal date.
What does the 14-day free trial include?
The trial gives you full access to all Pro or Clinic features for 14 days. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.
Is there a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. New subscribers get a 7-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We never charge cancellation fees.
